Meet & Greet
Welcome our guest with a proper greeting. "Welcome to Clement... What brings you in today?'
Guest Information Sheet
This is the most IMPORTANT part! Bring the customer to your desk and complete the "Guest information sheet" The purpose of the guest information sheet is to gather essential information about the customer. This information will be used by both you and the sales managers in qualifying the customer, and making sure they're vehicle needs and wants are met.
Open with Desking Manager
Get with Sales manager to discuss the information gathered on the guest information sheet (Budget, needs, wants in a vehicle) the manager will locate the best open in our inventory.
Early Manager TO
It is important to involve your manager at this point, especially of the customer is off center on their expectations, at this point management involvement can reset customer expectations
Presentation
Present the vehicle to the customer. Based on the information provided on the Guest information sheet. These vehicle meets the needs discussed
Demonstration
Use this opportunity to point out key features of the vehicle. Create an atmosphere where the customer can imagine ownership of the vehicle, and how beneficial owning the particular vehicle will be. Point out and demonstrate things that are important to the customer (Bluetooth, safety, ect.)
Desking
The Sales manager, will shop the customer and discuss payment options with you and the customer to close the car deal.
GET THE CUSTOMER EXCITED!!!!! This is the end of the Road to the sale. At this point, you want to assist the customer with pairing their phone to the Bluetooth if applicable. Discuss and set expectations for the customer as it pertains to registration, sales paper work, and an extra set of keys if there is one. Schedule the customer's first oil change at the appropriate Clement Service location.
