Members of the Clement Response Team are responsible for increasing the amount of vehicle unit sales by targeting prospective clients through phone calls, email and text from leads they receive from clients inquiring online. In addition agents assist by answering inbound calls to maintain developing and existing relationships with our clients.
Follow-up calls, contacting no-shows to reschedule missed appointments, providing updates and connecting clients to other departments are things to expect.
New Web Leads will populate throughout the day
Inbound Calls are busiest during the early morning, lunch time and after 4pm
