Nothing makes a bigger difference in your physique than your diet. No matter how much day to day effort you put in at the gym, a perfect workout will never get you as far as a perfect diet.
Each meal plan is tailored to a different set of goals. I will schedule your day to day nutrition, but also give you the flexibility to interchange meals so you won't get tired of the same foods.
There are varying degrees of dietary intensity, and difficulty between plans. Whether you want to get moving in the right direction, or you have already started your journey and want to take your diet to the next level, there's a plan for you.
Level 1 Bulk: Ascension
This plan is designed to help you put on mass, without excess fat gain, it will be enjoyable and easy to follow. This plan is designed to get you the easiest, quickest, calories per bite, while also avoiding the "too full", lethargic feeling that people who eat indiscrimitately often experience.
Level 1 Maintenance : Stasis
This plan is for the person who wants to dial in their diet, with better nutritional choices, but without making any drastic weight changes. You will be optimizing your day to day energy levels, while giving your body more than enough nutrients to grow muscle, but not enough junk to gain fat. This plan will polish the physique you already have, and it is a great starting point if you are unsure of your long term goals.
Level 1 Deficit: Distillation
This plan is for people who want to shred pounds, but at a comfortable and sustainable rate. Rather than starve your body and lose muscle along with fat, you will be eating low calorie, high protein foods that keep you full longer, without giving up the foods you know and love. This will allow you to sustain your current muscle mass, while getting rid of excess adipose tissue.
Level 2 Bulk: Ameliorate
This plan is for someone who will utilize an intensive training regimen, along with a substantial calorie surplus, to put on some serious mass. This plan will result in some serious weight gain, and will give you the energy and size you need to blow your old physique out of the water. This plan is not reccomended for amateurs, as when eating a ton of calories a day, the foods have to be a bit simpler, so your body doesn't become bogged down with processed garbage from subpar sources. Don't worry though, there are built in cheat days...
Level 2 Deficit: Immolation
This plan is for the fitness enthusiast looking to absolutely shred their physique, and take their level of definition, and conditioning to the next level. I'm talking ab veins, and black coffee. This plan is not for the casual gym-goer, however the results you will get are like nothing you have ever seen.
Level 3Bulk/Deficit With Custom Plan & Coaching
This plan is for someone who plans to compete in shows, has a modeling contract etc... Since no body works exactly the same, this is going to be a collaborative, individualized effort. Your input and data will be used to create a no frills, concrete diet plan, which will get you ready to be flawless infront of judges, a camera, or whatever you may require. This level of plan will take your physique from impressive, to a once in a lifetime work of art, but it won't be easy.
