My goal in the fitness space is to provide something of value, every day, for every client. I've been a gym rat for almost 10 years, and athlete for my whole life. Always striving to be better motivated me to dive deeper into the science behind it all, and see where I could find advantages and new understanding.
There are many outdated myths about the gym and fitness, even worse, lots of misinformation, and people who have read about something, but never implemented it.
My coaching is for anyone in any walk of life, it is backed by my own personal experiences with myself and my clients, but also rooted in the science behind hypertrophy and body composition.
