Q: Where and when does program registration take place? 🌸/🌻
Registration will be held at the front desk or lobby of the accommodation facility. The schedule is as follows:
ICEP3: March 9, 2025 (Sunday), 1:00 PM–4:00 PM
ICEP7: July 6, 2025 (Sunday), 1:00 PM–4:00 PM
ICEP8: August 3, 2025 (Sunday), 1:00 PM–4:00 PM
Q: What do I need to bring for program registration? 🌸/🌻
Please prepare the following items for registration:
Passport
Accommodation deposit of NTD 2,000 (fully refundable at checkout if there is no damage or loss to the room or bedding)
Remaining program fees (only for those who have not paid in full; excludes the NTD 6,000 deposit. No payment is required if you’ve already settled the full amount)
Consent form for off-campus activities or overnight stays (required only for participants under 18 years old)
Q: What should I do if I can’t complete registration during the designated time? 🌸/🌻
If you’re unable to register within the specified time, please contact the program coordinator, Saki, in advance to inform them of your delayed arrival.
