Q: Are there designated smoking areas on campus? ๐ธ/๐ป
Smoking is generally prohibited on university grounds. If you need to smoke, please do so off-campus at a reasonable distance from the premises.
Q: Is there a curfew for returning to the accommodation? ๐ธ/๐ป
Yes, please return to your accommodation by 10:30 PM each night.
Q: Can I stay overnight elsewhere during the program? ๐ธ/๐ป
Overnight stays away from the accommodation are permitted on Fridays and Saturdays only. You must inform the program coordinator or counselor in advance.
โป For minors (under 18): A parental consent form is required.
โป Unauthorized overnight stays are at your own risk, and the program is not responsible for your safety in such cases.
Q: What should I do if I need to take a day off? ๐ธ/๐ป
For illness or health issues: Inform your counselor and instructor on the day of absence and complete the absence form within three days.
For personal reasons: Request permission from your counselor in advance.
โป If your total absences exceed one-fifth of the programโs class hours, you will not be eligible to receive a certificate of completion.

For your safety, we strongly advise against visiting beaches or engaging in water-related activities during the program.
Q: What are the rules for staying in the dormitory? ๐ธ/๐ป
To ensure a respectful and safe environment, please follow these dormitory rules:
Floors and rooms are separated by gender, and entering the opposite genderโs floor or room is strictly prohibited.
Respect restricted areas in the hostel/dormitory and do not enter them.
Non-students (including family members, except on the first day) are not allowed in the dormitory or rooms.

For adults (18 and older): You may go out or stay overnight elsewhere as long as you inform the program coordinator or counselor in advance.
For minors (under 18): A parental consent form is required for going out or staying overnight. The extent of permissions may vary based on your guardianโs preferences.
