Art Around Town
Atlanta is full of art and many opportunities to see art made by artists from thousands of years ago or yesterday. Here are some of the places you can find art to visit in person or online. Many of these museums have free admission days, for example the High Museum's Free Family days are on the Second Sunday of each month.

The Carlos Museum is at Emory University and houses a permanent collection of ancient art from around the world and temporary exhibitions of art from all times and all over the world.

SCAD Gallery in Atlanta
SCAD stands for Savannah College of Art and Design. It is one of the leading art and design colleges in the county. While their main campus is in Savannah they have a campus in midtown Atlanta as well. The Atlanta campus has a wonderful Gallery featuring a wide range of art exhibits.
