I am pleased to announce that for the 9th consecutive year, our organization is providing scholarship opportunities for Georgia High School students. During this span, InspirASIAN has awarded over $250,000 in scholarship financial support for Georgia students from our local chapter alone. The InspirASIAN scholarship program has provided an excellent opportunity to recognize Georgia students who not only excel in the classroom, but also demonstrate awareness of and participation in community diversity related activities.
Because InspirASIAN has both a “National” & “State” chapters - there are two categories of scholarships available, resulting in 38 scholarship opportunities for Georgia students:
(27) - $2,000 “National” chapter awards
(11) - $1,000 “Local” chapter awards
A single qualified application suffices. Any applicant who is not awarded a scholarship by the national chapter, will automatically default to his/her local level to compete for a respective state chapter award.
In 2020, twenty two students from the Georgia high school graduating class of 2019 received 4 national ($2,000) and 18 local ($1,000) InspirASIAN scholarship awards.

The Robertson is among the most highly sought-after merit scholarships in the country. Our comprehensive program provides 4-years of tuition, room and board and mandatory fees, 3 fully-funded summer experiences, funding for conferences and seminars and unique access to the academic and extracurricular offerings on both campuses as well as four years of dedicated leadership development programming.
Our application deadline is November 15, 2020 for all materials and is independent of the admissions deadlines for UNC-Chapel Hill and Duke University. Students may apply for the Robertson regardless of whether they apply Early Action or Regular Decision at UNC-Chapel Hill and Early Decision or Regular Decision at Duke University.
It is worth noting that ideal Robertson candidates are students who appear destined to become leaders, not simply students with the best GPA or highest test scores. Traditionally the students who succeed in our selection process and in our program hold a passionate interest in something and show strong evidence of that passion in the activities they pursue.
