Document Requests

Certificates of Enrollment can be picked up from the front office at the school on Thursdays & Fridays. The cost of $5, cash only. Alternatively, you can download a copy of your unofficial transcript from Infinite Campus. As long as your attendance appears in the left panel, you can provide it to the Department of Driver Services as verification of attendance.

If you are under 16, please adhere to the steps below. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Kirby.

Youth Work Permits Online Steps:

1. https://dol.georgia.gov/online-services  

2. Click Minor

3. Input Minor Information

4. Click Submit

5. Input Information for Employer

6. Issuing Officer Receives Information

*After you finish completing the form online, email rosannette.kirby@clayton.k12.ga.us to release your permit to your employer.

If you need a letter verifying that your child is currently enrolled in school and their anticipated graduation date for court, social security benefits or child support services, please email your request to Ms. Kirby or Mr. Jackson.

The 3 options for sending the official transcript are as follows: 

• Send through GA Futures to any college in Georgia free of charge

• Use the Records Request link at the top of this page to send free of charge

• Submit a Request with Coach DeeJay in the counseling suite (fee applies - pay here)

*Unofficial transcripts are always available under Documents in Infinite Campus.
