Winter Workouts

Winter Track conditioning starts the Monday after Thanksgiving break.

Distance:

Meet every day after school near the athletic doors near the pool to run. Meet at 3:25 pm, run starts at 3:30 pm.  Lifting after the run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Sprints, Jumps, Hurdles:

Meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after school in the hallway between the commons and the theater at 3:15 pm. Lifting after running or plyometrics.

Throws:

Meet Tuesdays and Thursdays before school in the practice gym at 7:15 am.
