Above: While many players are focusing on Club Soccer, the vast majority of LSW Girls Soccer Program Players take advantage of the FREE Summer Lifting & Conditioning Sessions put on by LSW Strength & Conditioning Coach Jake Fincham. SWAG (Southwest Athletic Girls) is a great way to continue to develop as an athlete and build team camaraderie.
