I believe high school dance teams offer more than just half time entertainment for sports fans. Dance teams provide a strong leadership environment for young dancers to grow, sharpen their skills, and create lasting friendships.
I coach with a growth mindset and constantly challenge my team to dig deep and explore their strengths. I strive to provide guidance to each member of the team so that they can grow into the best version of themselves. My personal strengths include communication, strategy, and restorativeness. I work to cultivate a safe environment for fierce teamwork, effective communication, and high organization.
