Founded in 2001, we work to protect and restore habitat connectivity for wildlife and ecosystems across the biological corridor that stretches from Algonquin provincial park in Canada to the Adirondack Park in New York.

The program was developed by two national nonprofits, the American Forest Foundation and The Nature Conservancy, to help forest owners implement sustainable forest management practices that result in healthier forests, higher-quality timber, improved wildlife habitat and increased carbon storage.
The Family Forest Carbon Program enables private forest owners across 20 states to access the voluntary carbon market, a growing market that has been traditionally inaccessible to smaller forest owners, providing landowners with income they can use toward forest management costs or to help pay property taxes.

Volunteer Transportation Center (VTC) is a non-profit that utilizes certified volunteer drivers to service the community's need for transportation. VTC provides essential trips for health, social, and other daily needs of the residents of New York without other transportation options.
At the Volunteer Transportation Booth, the VTC Mobility Management team will share information about First Mile Last Mile and other essential services, have volunteer driver applications available for those interested, and offer public transit schedules to fill in the gaps where volunteer drivers cannot.
