Energy Navigator Volunteers are concerned and capable residents who help their friends, neighbors, and other community members learn about ways they can reduce their energy use and energy bills and use renewable forms of energy to heat and power their homes. Volunteer Transportation Center (VTC) is a non-profit that utilizes certified volunteer drivers to service the community's need for transportation. VTC provides essential trips for health, social, and other daily needs of the residents of New York without other transportation options.
At the Volunteer Transportation Booth, the VTC Mobility Management team will share information about First Mile Last Mile and other essential services, have volunteer driver applications available for those interested, and offer public transit schedules to fill in the gaps where volunteer drivers cannot.
