I fell in love with stories as a young girl and spent my life learning them, performing them, deconstructing them, and am now sharing them with a new generation of young learners. I believe that the stories we tell shape the landscape of our world, and that we need stories and mythologies to provide context for the way that we exist and move within it. I believe that libraries are sacred spaces, and should reflect the dreams and realities and beautiful diversity of our school community.
I have lived and traveled all over the world, and when I'm not happily raising two kids here at Oglethorpe, you can usually find me on a plane to some far-flung locale. I love food, and cooking is a way for me to travel the globe without ever leaving my kitchen.
I am so deeply grateful to be here at Oglethorpe with my two children, and look forward to years of happiness with you and your children. Thank you!
