How do I order the devices I need?

Step 1:  Reserve the item(s) you need

• Click the blue "Reserve" button next to the item you want to borrow.

• On the next screen, enter your SCHOOL DISTRICT in the "Deliver to" field.

• Choose the starting date when you want to use the equipment. End date will fill in automatically.  Only choose an end date if you need the item for LESS than 28 days.

• Leave "Account" blank.

• Click "Add to Cart".  Note:  need new screenshot, edited with arrows - this one doesn’t show “Add to Cart”.

Step 2:  Submit your reservation

• When you finish adding all items you want to borrow, click the button that takes you to your cart.

• Review the cart to be sure all the information is correct, then click the green "Submit Reservation" button.

Step 3:  Receiving and returning your borrowed items

• Orders will be filled once per week.  You will receive your order on or before your start date, unless you reserved the item with less than 1 week advance notice.

• On or before the due date, please follow the return directions on the shipping crate and send the item back to your school district main office through internal courier.  A Clackamas ESD courier will pick return items up here for return to the library.
