Parent/School Authorization vs. "work permit"
In some states, a student must obtain a work permit before obtaining the promise of employment.
In Washington State, a Minor Work Permit is an endorsement
of the Master Business License, and the student completes a
Parent/School Authorization after obtaining the promise of employment.
AFTER YOUR PARENT/SCHOOL AUTHORIZATION FORM IS FILLED OUT COMPLETELY,
DROP OFF ALL THREE PAGES OF THE FORM AT THE CKHS CAREER CENTER
FOR MS. BROWN TO REVIEW and FOR MR. HUNT TO SIGN.
Your signed form will usually be available for pick up by the end of the same school day, but please allow 24-48 hours turnaround time, if possible.
