Mindfulness Videos
Mindfulness encourages one to be present in the moment with thoughts and feelings. It allows you to give your brain a break, something we all need to do in times like these.
Practicing mindfulness on a regular basis allows you to have more positive emotions, emotional control, reduced stress, and increased focus and attention.
When watching the videos, practice the breathing exercises several times after it is over. Practicing ahead of time is important because when you are in that state of worry or just have any strong feelings, you are already familiar with it and know that that strategy is something you can pull out of your tool box.
