Greetings Carl Junction families! I am Mrs. Reddy and I have the privilege to be teaching 4th grade this year. This will be my 14th year of teaching. I taught 4 years in Webb City. I taught 7 years in Joplin. This will be my 3rd year in CJ! I have previously taught: Special Education 1-5, 3rd grade, 4th grade, and 4th/5th Math. I am excited to be learning alongside your student.

I am married to my husband Nick and we have 1 daughter. Her name is Ellie and she just turned 3! She keeps us busy as she learns daily and shows us her fun personality. In my free time I love to read, workout, and spend time with family. I attended MSSU and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Elementary Education. I then returned to higher education this time attending William Woods University and graduated in 2016 with a Master's degree in Teaching/Technology. I am a lifelong learner and hope to convey this to your student.

About Miss McCoy

I am Miss McCoy, this will be my second year of teaching! I am so excited to be a part of the Carl Junction Community and school district! I graduated in the Spring of 2023 from Pittsburg State University, with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education Unified.

I grew up in a small town, Butler, Missouri. I completed elementary, middle and high school in the Butler RV school district. I moved to Pittsburg to begin college in 2019 and then moved to Joplin to complete my last two years of college and student teaching.

I enjoy using my free time to read, spend time with my friends, play with my dogs, Cooper and Asher, listen to Taylor Swift, or watch my favorite TV shows.

This year I will be teaching alongside Mrs. Hall and Mrs. Reddy. I will be teaching your child Reading/Spellin, and for my homeroom students, math as well. Mrs. Hall will be teaching Science and Social Studies. Mrs. Reddy will teach Language. I am so excited to have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside your student.
