Out and About

Want to visit a college further away or need to miss some school to attend a special college event? TCS juniors and seniors get (2) excused absences for college visits* each year to accommodate these special events and travel! Use these excused absences wisely to see colleges of interest that may be further away, have a special event happening that conflicts with school, and/or that are very high on your priority list.

Be sure to do a bit of research about the college(s) before making a big visit away to maximize your time on campus, so that you can ask good questions beyond the basics and you can determine better if it would be a good fit. Chat with Mrs. CR about schools you may want to prioritize! 

*To be properly excused, be sure to have a parent/guardian call you out in the office at least 24 hours in advance....and bring back some information to share with Mrs. CR! :)
