Conference Tickets
Welcome to Rewilding Futures 2027
The conference runs on Thursday 29 and Friday 30 April 2027 at the CPH Conference Center, DGI Byen, a short walk from Copenhagen Central Station. It is an in-person event only; there is no online version.
Please read first, and then scroll down to the end to buy tickets.
Planning your trip
Arrive on Wednesday 28 April. Registration opens at 08:00 on Thursday and the programme starts promptly, so we recommend arriving the evening before.
Stay for the weekend if you can. On Saturday 1 May we’re running an optional field trip to Saksfjed Wilderness (details below). Copenhagen is also a wonderful city to explore in spring; see our suggestions at the bottom of this page.
Every ticket includes
Full access to both days of the conference
All talks, workshops, panel discussions and networking sessions
Vegetarian lunch, tea, coffee and refreshments on both days, all prepared in-house
The evening wine reception on Thursday 29 April
Single-day tickets are not available.
Ticket releases
Tickets are being released in two rounds: the first is on sale now, and a second release will follow in January 2027. If the current release sells out, please don’t worry. More tickets will be available then.
Choosing your ticket
Every ticket gives you access to the full conference, the only difference is where you watch the plenary sessions.
Plenary sessions are the opening session each morning and the closing session each afternoon, including the panel discussion that ends each day. Our main hall can’t seat every delegate, so some ticket holders will watch these sessions in one of two adjoining Screening Rooms next to the main hall. The talks are shown there as they happen, with high-quality sound and picture. For everything else, including workshops, parallel sessions, meals and the reception, all delegates will be together.
All prices shown are the full price you pay, including VAT and booking fees.

Why three prices?
We’ve priced our tickets to keep the conference as open as possible.
Concession tickets give a reduced price with a seat in the main hall, because we want the main hall to reflect the full diversity of the rewilding movement.
Screening Room tickets are our lowest-cost option for anyone happy to watch the plenary sessions next door.
If you’re eligible for a concession, you’re welcome to choose whichever ticket suits you best.
Concession tickets
We want the main hall to reflect the full diversity of our movement. Concession tickets therefore give a reduced price with a main hall seat. They are for:
Students
People on a low income
Unemployed people
Disabled people
Concession tickets run on an honour system. We don’t ask for proof, and we trust you to choose the ticket that’s right for you. Numbers are limited, so if you can afford a full-price ticket, please buy one and leave these for those who need them.
Bursaries
Individuals can also apply for a bursary to help with costs. More information can be found here.
The cost of tickets
We have worked to lower costs where we can, and whilst the true cost per delegate is around £500, thanks to generous support from the Hempel Foundation, we can offer tickets well below that. Rising costs, currency changes and Danish VAT mean prices are higher than at our previous conferences.
Accommodation
We have secured a discounted rate at [CPH Hotel], right next door to the conference venue. Twin and double rooms are available, with breakfast included. Book directly with the hotel here using the code [CODE].
Rooms at the discounted rate are limited and will go quickly, so we recommend booking early. Once they are sold out, delegates will need to arrange their own accommodation in Copenhagen. The venue is beside Central Station, so anywhere with good train or metro links is easy to reach.
Optional field trip: Saksfjed Wilderness, Saturday 1 May (£30)
Spend a day at Saksfjed Wilderness, an 800-hectare rewilding project on southern Lolland, with a guided tour led by experts from the Hempel Foundation. The coach leaves Copenhagen at 08:00 and returns at around 17:00. There are 70 places, available on a first come, first served basis.

Making a weekend of it
If you’re staying on, here are a few of our favourite things to do in Copenhagen:
Tivoli Gardens – the historic pleasure gardens, right behind the conference venue
Nyhavn and the harbour – the colourful waterfront, best seen from a canal boat tour
Rosenborg Castle and the King’s Garden – a Renaissance castle in the city’s oldest park
CopenHill – walk up the ski slope on top of a waste-to-energy plant for views across the city
Explore by bike – hire one and ride the city like a local
