The IB Diploma Programme
The International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) is for students ages 16-19 (grades 11-12). At Cebu International School, all students in grade 11 register for courses that allow them to be eligible to pursue the full IB Diploma, though the actual decision to take the examinations will not be made until early in grade 12.

DP Course Groups
DP Course Groups
Students must select a course from each group (1-5), and their sixth course can either come from Group 6 (The Arts), or they can choose to take a second course in groups 3 or 4.
For students wishing to take courses outside of these options, there are a few others available online through Pamoja, as well as Self-Study Language courses.

The Core
The Core
All students must complete all three aspects of the Core: the Extended Essay (EE), Theory of Knowledge (TOK), and Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS).
