La International Association of Sedimentologists (IAS), el Instituto de Geología de la UNAM y la Sociedad Geológica Mexicana, otorgarán un número reducido de becas a estudiantes. Para ello, una vez que sus resúmenes sean aceptados, podrán solicitarla.
Las becas que otorga la IAS deberán solicitarse directamente ante esa asociación, debe considerarse que sólo se otorgan a estudiantes asociados a la IAS y se pagan una vez que se ha aceptado y presentado el trabajo en el Simposio. La información sobre estas becas se encuentra en:

The scholarships granted by the IAS should be applied for directly to the IAS, before september15 th. They are only awarded to students associated with the IAS and are paid once the abstract has been accepted and the work has been presented at the symposium.
