Delegates are the 'Mayor' or 'Ambassador' of an approximately 15 x 15 block area comprising their neighborhood elected for a 1-year term.
All delegates are responsible for getting involved with committees such as Zoning & Transportation, Historic Preservation, fundraising, etc.
When someone asks, "What does CHUN do?", point out a few of the key 'purposes' of the organization listed below and in the by-laws.

Officers must be regular members of CHUN and are elected annually by the Board. The Executive Committee sets the agenda for each Board of Delegates meeting and acts on behalf of the Board between Board meetings.
The organization is equipped to target emails to specific neighborhoods. When planning an event in your community work with staff/volunteers to send notices.
