- Encourage representation and cooperation among diverse groups
- Work on specific neighborhood problems
- Promote a more positive image of the neighborhood
- Develop Capitol Hill United Neighborhoods identity and visibility, and
- Take action designed to improve the quality of life on Capitol Hill.
