Horizons Hampton Roads

BSCHS students who chose this ministry will serve one full week during the summer. They will support the mission of the Horizons program, through partner Portsmouth Catholic Regional School, and participate in educational opportunities as well as swimming instruction, and hands-on learning experiences through field trips.

Permission slips are required. A maximum of 7 students may participate each week. The program runs from Monday, June 24 - Friday, August 1, 2019. CHS will provide transportation to/from CHS via minibus. June 21 is an additional day available to help with setup. We will leave CHS at 7:30am and return about 3:30pm each day.

Students can sign up in the Campus Ministry Office, starting on Monday, April 13, after they bring in the Horizons Volunteer Application and the CHS Permission Slip, along with $25 to offset transportation costs.
