This course is designed to introduce or reteach basic introductory instruction to students in team sports. Instruction will be given to all students regardless of skill level or knowledge. This course will enhance or refine students skills and techniques as well as as provide comprehensive instructions in task performances. Sport selection will include Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Takraw, Flag Football, Ultimate Frisbee, Spikeball, Fitness Conditioning and Fitness Testing.
Upon completion of this course students will have gained lifelong essential tools that contribute to good health, development of fundamental and advanced motor skills, improved self-confidence, awareness of body measurements and an increased level of physical fitness that is associated with high academic achievement.
