Welcome, dear AACCUP Accreditors, to the College of Education of Carlos Hilado Memorial State University which offers 7 Baccalaureate Degree programs, 2 Master’s degree programs and 1 Doctorate Degree program.
WE are pleased to have you with us in our quest to attain Level III AACCUP accreditation of two of our Baccalaureate programs, namely: Bachelor of Elementary Education and Bachelor of Secondary Education. This worthwhile undertaking is a manifestation of our commitment to continually strive to improve the quality of education our college offers and to ensure that our programs meet appropriate standards of quality and integrity.
Your valuable inputs and recommendations are greatly appreciated and shall be taken seriously for the improvement of our academic quality.

To the AACCUP accreditors, to all our faculty and staff, students, to everyone, good morning from the beautiful and cool campus of Carlos Hilado Memorial State University!
On behalf of Teacher Education Department – Binalbagan campus, I would like to express our gratefulness to the AACCUP accreditors for allowing us to proceed with this accreditation despite the current challenges that we are all facing because of COVID-19.
Today, marks another milestone of our institution because we are submitting ourselves once again for the accreditation of some of our programs. This is the moment when every faculty hurdle the challenges of accreditation through strong collaboration and dedication. We believe that this can serve as a scaffold as we persistently pursued even in the time of COVID-19 and move forward towards making this University a leading University in this side of the country and continue to produce the best minds who will soon shape the future our nation.
Undoubtedly the pandemic caused a lot of challenges in the academe for a short period of time like adapting to new technologies, producing offline learning guides, attending to a lot of webinars and above all, adjusting our operational systems so that we can keep serving our students the best way possible. But on top of all these, the faculty of Carlos Hilado Memorial State University-Binalbagan campus successfully managed to prepare all the required documents needed for this AACCUP accreditation. With this, I’m sure that we will also be able to finish this AACCUP accreditation with flying colors.

We, the faculty, students, and parents, wholeheartedly welcome you beloved accreditors to our Bachelor of Elementary Education Program. Indeed, it is our great pleasure to have you with us as we endeavor to ascend and advance our journey toward a quality Teacher Education.
As we now have this opportunity for a Level III AACCUP Accreditation, we are honored to have your presence, dear evaluators.
We firmly believe that this noble work would greatly help the BEED Program of Carlos Hilado Memorial State University – Binalbagan Campus in maintaining the integrity and quality of instruction and services while embracing openings for further development.
On behalf of all the stakeholders of the BEED Program, we welcome you, as we appreciate your time and effort. We anticipate hearing and learning from you to improve our students' education in the BEED program at CHMSU-Binalbagan Campus.

The Bachelor of Elementary Education major in General Education has been deliberated and approved by the CHMSC Board of Trustees for the adaptation of the Program at Binalbagan Campus with Approved BOT Resolution No. 33, s. 2013.
COPC
The Bachelor of Elementary Education has a Certificate of Program Compliance No. 108 Series of 2018, where the program complied all the prescribed requirements of the CHED Memorandum.
AACCUP Level 2 Re-accreditation
The Bachelor of Elementary Education major in General Education passed the AACCUP Level 2 with a duration validity from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2022.
ISO REGISTRATION
The Bachelor of Elementary Education major in General Education passed the ISO certification 9001-2015, which assessed the management system of the program.
