late work

Quarters 1 & 2

During the first two quarters students are expected to hand in assignments on the due date, usually the day after it has been assigned. I will accept late work up to one week after due date (5 school days), however students will lose 1 point each day that the assignment is late. Late work cannot be corrected for additional points (see grading section).

Quarters 3 & 4

During the last two quarters students are expected to hand in assignments on the due date. If an assignment is one day late it will receive half credit, if it is more than one day late they receive a zero on it. A note will be sent home at the end of quarter 2 to remind you of this change in policy.

*Late work policy might vary for students on IEP’s and 504's.

*Any changes in late work policies will be communicated to parents and changed on this site
