1. Open a Sheets document.
2. Save the Sheets document as: Sheets2 your name
3. Then click in cell A1 and type the following statement including capitalization: Vision Eyewear
4. Press Enter and type (A2) the following: Web Sales Eyeglasses (Worldwide)
5. Press Enter in cell A3 type: Frame Name
6. Go to Google Classroom and open the document there to copy and paste and copy the rest of the data paste in cell A4 Now click in cell B5 and change this number from 2000 to 200.
7. You should now have a heading, subheading and data down to cell A18
8. Now type the following into cell B3: Year 1
9. Then click on the Fill Handle in the lower right hand corner of the cell dark black line with square in the corner. Pull across from B3 to E3
10. This should auto fill these cells so you have Year 1-4 from B3 to E3
Then in cell F3 type the following with capitalization: Totals
11. Click in cell A1 and Highlight across the row A1 to F1 - locate Merge Cells – click on small arrow click on Merge cells. Then Click in cell A2 highlight through to E2 then merge as before. While you still have the data highlighted, change the font (size, type, and color if desired).
12. Now click and drag from cell B4 – F4
13. Now click and drag from B5 – F18 release all of the rest of the data should now be highlighted – click Sum once more.
14. You should now have totals in Frame Total column, and Frame Weekly Totals row.
15. Highlight cells A3 – E17 then click on Insert Tab – then click on a Bar Chart
16. Then, re-acquire the data (A3-E17) and choose 3 different charts (your choice) place them in a square pattern two on top and two on the bottom. Then click on each chart, and go to Customize s, and change the color of each chart.
17. Save again – show me!
