1. Open a new blank Sheets document
2. In cell A1 type a short multiple choice question adjust the width of the column to accommodate the question.
3. In cells A2 - A5 type the possible answers

5. In cells A8 - A11 type the possible answers

6. Lastly, in cell A13 type your second to last multiple choice question.
7. In cells A14 - A17 type your second to last four possible answers.

8. In cell A19 type your LAST question, in cells A20 - A23 type your LAST 4 choices.
9. Get a small paper from the front table write questions and answers on the paper leaving room to indicate answers from other students.
10. Interview 10 students ask them ALL 4 questions before moving on to the next student. ALSO, be sure to ask questions of ALL genders in the room!
11. Return to your computer input the data.. place paper in recycling as indicated by the teacher...
12. Turn your data into a Line chart, bar chart, pie chart, AND one chart type not already used
13. Go to Customize, and add 3D and a LIGHTLY colored background!
14. Save as Sheets1 your name > show me > MFT?!

1. Open a Sheets document.
2. Save the Sheets document as: 6Sheets2 your name
3. Then click in cell A1 and type the following statement including capitalization: Vision
4. Press Enter and type (A2) the following: Web Sales Eyeglasses (Worldwide)
5. Press Enter in cell A3 type: Frame Name
6. Now go to this website (Google Classroom) and copy the rest of the data paste in cell A4 Now click in cell B5 and change this number from 2000 to 200.
7. You should now have a heading, subheading and data down to cell A18
8. Now type the following into cell B3: Year 1
9. Then click on the Fill Handle in the lower right hand corner of the cell dark black line with square in the corner. Pull across from B3 to E3
10. This should auto fill these cells so you have Year 1-4 from B3 to E3
Then in cell F3 type the following with capitalization: Totals
11. Click in cell A1 and Highlight across the row A1 to F1 - locate Merge Cells – click on small arrow click on Merge cells. Then Click in cell A2 highlight through to E2 then merge as before. While you still have the data highlighted, change the font (size, type, and color if desired).
12. Now click and drag from cell B4 – F4
13. Now click and drag from B5 – F18 release all of the rest of the data should now be highlighted – click Sum once more.
14. You should now have totals in Frame Total column, and Frame Weekly Totals row.
15. Highlight cells A3 – E17 then click on Insert Tab – then click on a Bar Chart
16. Then, re-acquire the data (A3-E17) and choose 3 different charts (your choice) place them in a square pattern two on top and two on the bottom. Then click on each chart, and go to Customize s, and change the color of each chart.
17. Save again – show me!
Locate the following data on the internet:

or
The weather in a spot you have always wanted to visit for 2 weeks.
1. In cell A1 type in a heading that relates to either the sports team, or your place to visit.
2. In cell A2 type in a subheading Merge and Center as needed to align with your data. Cell A3 the name of your team.
3. For the sports team you need to record the last 10 years in column A (A4-A14) 2020-2010, etc.
Then in Column B Wins for each year.
Column D using a formula determine the number of wins to losses. =B4-C4 percentage of wins =wins/total games in a season
NFL teams play 16 games if the team won 8 games the formula would be =8/16 Enter then use the Fill Handle to populate the rest of the cells!
4. Then make a chart indicate wins and losses but not the difference. Color the background

4. For the place to visit, pick 2 weeks you would like to visit for Column A then should have Day 1 - Day 14 starting in Cell A4
Column B the temperature average for every day in separate cells.
Column C the High temperature for each day
Column D the Low temperature for each day
Column E using a FORMULA indicate the difference between the the low temperature and the high temperature. =high-low
The formula for figuring average is =(high+low)/2
Then make a chart indicate lows and highs but not the difference. Color the background

Directions:
Copy and paste this data onto a blank DOCS document. Then delete each step as you complete it!
2. Open a blank workbook (page) in Sheets.
3. Paste the data from Google Classroom into the Sheets workbook
4. Save as: 6Sheets4 your name
5. Starting with the heading make the following changes: Your name.. and Cougar Cakes
a. Merge and Center from A1 to E1
b. Change the Font to another stylish (not blocky) Font.
c. Change the Font Color to something other than White, Black, or some light color.
6. Highlight the rest of the data under A1 and move it down to A3.
7. Retype the subheading to say: 2 Week Profit. Remove the old incorrect subheading from A3 Merge and Center the same as the heading.
8. Redo the days of the week to display Monday as the beginning of the week and Sunday ending the week.
9. Make sure you include 2 weeks.
10. Check spelling if you did not redo the entire set of data.
11. Starting in cell B3-D3 your column headings should be Cougar PawCakes, Cougar CupCakes, Cougar FaceCake.
12. Cougar PawCakes data column should start with $10.00 it should then raise in increments of $10.00 per day. In cell B5 type the following formula: = B4+10 press either Return or Tab then click back on cell B5 and use the fill handle to complete the rest of your data.
13. Cougar CupCakes increments should start with $20.00 dollars and rise in increments of $20.00 per day. In cell C5 type the following formula: =C4+20 then either press Enter or Tab and use the fill handle to complete the rest of your data.
14. Cougar FaceCake increments should start with $30.00 dollars and rise in increments of $30.00 per day. In cell D5 type the following formula: =D4+30 then either press Enter or Tab and use the fill handle to complete the rest of your data.
15. Totals column and Total row. Using Functions key add the column and row totals.
16. Highlight the data (without the totals), create a chart that you have not already used on a previous assignment.
17. Insert 1 clip art of a cougar paw from inside Google Sheets!
18. Ensure proper spelling, grammar, and other changes. Show me > MFT
