Chino Human Services Counseling:  13201 Central Ave., Chino   909-334-3259.  School based counseling services at Ramona Jr HSFree for students on referral by counselor or Administrator.  Application can be requested from the school site or click here to download copy. Students/families can then turn it in to the school once completed.
