Create a folder in Google Drive and share the folder with your candidate
In that shared folder, create 3 folders and label them with Year ___ Cycle ____ (i.e. Year 1 Cycle 1) and the dates of the cycle (this helps keep you on track for when everything is due)
As you create tools with your candidate, put the files in those folders.
Candidates can only upload the forms after they make a copy of it to their Drive. Google Classroom won’t let them upload a doc owned by the mentor, so they need to make a copy first and upload that version. You still create the forms, fill them in, and then when you are finished, they can make the copy to upload. It is best to create a folder in your shared Drive folder called Copies and house the uploaded docs there.
