The DTEN should remain powered on at all times.
If needed, press the power button located on the back of the monitor to power on the device.
To access camera controls (pan, tilt, zoom):
When in the meeting, tap the vertical ellipsis icon (three dots) at the bottom right corner.
Tap Camera Control to open the controls.
Change PTZ camera settings, presets, or switch to a secondary camera.
Increase the volume by using the volume buttons located on the back of the DTEN at the lower-right corner.
You can also adjust the volume from the on-screen menu settings:
On the DTEN touchscreen, tap a blank area of the screen then tap Settings in the lower-right corner.
Tap Speaker.
Use the volume slider to adjust the volume.
Start or Join a meeting on the DTEN.
Tap the screen to display the bottom bar.
Tap Settings.
Tap Manage Participants button.
Tap the participant you want to spotlight or pin.
Tap Spotlight Video or Pin Video.

You can save and share a whiteboard session, including annotations, by sending an image of the whiteboard via email.
Tap the Paper Plane icon in the Whiteboard Tools menu
Tap on the checkmarks to select/deselect the boards and tap Next
Tap on Email and then tap on your name in the list
Tap on Send Image as to select PDF (single file with multiple pages)
If your whiteboard has multiple pages, each page will be a separate image or you can select PDF as the file type to save multiple slides in a single file.
