Use the Zoom App to Share Screen content to the DTEN from any laptop or connected device using the Sharing Key.
Share screen content wirelessly on the DTEN display in the room and with your remote participants (PDF’s, Word, PowerPoints, websites, video).
Look for the Sharing Key in the top right corner of the DTEN display.
When you tap Share Screen on the DTEN you can invite students to share their screen in the room for others to see in the Zoom Meeting.
Students in the room can use the Zoom App or a Web Browser (share.zoom.us) to connect to the Zoom meeting and Share Screen content.
This features helps students temporarily join the meeting without connecting their microphone audio.
Tap Share Screen from In-Meeting Controls to display a Share Key or Meeting ID in the Room.
This option is best for inviting students to share screen content from inside the campus classroom to your Zoom meeting.
Tap Share Screen on the Main Menu of the DTEN
Open the Zoom App from the classroom computer or laptop.
Select the Share Screen button.
Enter the Sharing Key or Meeting ID and select Share
Select Optimize for Video and Share Computer Sound when sharing media.
Content will be shared to the DTEN display and will be seen and heard by all remote and in-room participants.
NOTE: you will automatically disconnect from the meeting once screen sharing ends when using this option.
Instructors can stop screen sharing from the Manage Participants panel in your Zoom meeting as needed.
Instructors should always Join the Meeting as the host to Share their screen and stay connected to the meeting.
Share Screen from the Zoom App and enter the Sharing Key or Meeting ID.
