New videos and information have been added to help in accessing and submitting assignments in Google Classroom and Pearson Realize.
In light of the Pennsylvania Governor Wolf-imposed school shutdown, the Cheltenham School District maintains a commitment to the vision of "inspiring our students to develop principled and knowledgeable responses to local, national, and global challenges of the 21st century." Today, we are fully engaged in such a challenge. The Office of Education has developed the Mobile Scholars Program to offer our families the opportunity to engage in independent learning activities while schools remain closed.
Several resources have been assembled on this website, and can be accessed by simply clicking on the grade level button that is most appropriate for our scholars. The original announcement from Dr. Tamara Thomas Smith, Assistant Superintendent, pertaining to information regarding both electronic resources, as well as, paper and pencil resources can be found here: Academic Enrichment.
Please note that the resources contained within this site are purely optional, and students who do not complete these activities will not fall behind, nor will they be penalized. Our primary concern is for the health and well-being of our community and the surrounding communities. This resource, as well as other resources on your school's website, are available to keep our scholars engaged in the learning process for those that desire such an opportunity.
If you have any questions that pertain specifically to the Mobile Scholars Program while schools are closed, please send an e-mail to mobilescholars@cheltenham.org.
