Who can apply?  - 1) CHE incoming freshman *and* older (=anyone at East) can apply to host in the fall (and automatically have the option to travel).  2)  Current freshmen and older can apply to travel.  (This is not guaranteed.  As hosts get first choice as to whether they want to complete the exchange in the following summer, the decision about who will take open spots will not be made until at least November 1st, several weeks after we have hosted here at East.) 

How do I apply to travel this summer? -- Email Mr. Graff ASAP with your interest, questions you have (parent or student), one teacher at East who can act as a reference for you, and he will email you the link to the application.

Update as of 9-12-22: things are looking great to have a small exchange of about 10, maybe 12 students for the 2022-23 school year with https://humboldtschule-hg.de/  [Don't forget - 2023-24, our exchange with Gymnasium Puchheim will also continue!!]

 We are looking for Host Families for an approximate 10-day stay.  Final dates are not set, but possible timeframe is between April 25-May 10th.  Please see the information below.  (Until I get the "force-make-a-copy" down pat, please make your own copy as needed, and/or save the doc to your own account.
