Student records are only kept at the school for 2 years after you graduate. If you did not graduate within the last 2 years, visit the CHCCS District website to request your transcript.

Currently enrolled students or students that graduated within the last 2 years please follow the steps below to request your transcripts.

1.) You will need to pay the transcript fee of $5 per transcript by visiting the K12 payment center. You do not need to create an account, please select "continue as guest" at the bottom. It will ask you for the state (NC) and then for the district (Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools). Please do not select Orange County Schools. You will then need to scroll until you find East CH High "transcript requests" You will need to add your first and last name and graduation year. Hit "add to cart". You will then need to scroll to the top of the page and check out using your credit card. Please write down your approval code because you will need that for the google form.

2.) After the first step is complete, you will need to request your transcript by filling out this google transcript request form. You will need to add your approval code under the payment section. If you need more than 1 copy, you will need to fill out the form multiple times.
