Full-time Chatham County Schools employees are issued a username and password. Administrators must request accounts for other employee types from Human Resources. Human Resources guidelines determine whether an account is granted.
Your CCS Username, email, and password will provide access to many of our technology and digital platforms! Be on the lookout for signing in using Google. This "single-sign-on" feature is intended to be convenient and to keep your account more secure.
Keep Your Password Safe!
Chatham County Schools employees will NEVER ask you for your username and password via e-mail.
If you receive such a request, check with your technician immediately. Keeping your password secure ensures that unauthorized people cannot access your data and protected student information.
All staff will be required to change their passwords regularly.
Follow the steps on this help guide to reset your password.
Do Not:
have your computer remember your e-mail password or your computer login.
add passwords to post-it notes and attach them to your laptop.
share your password with anyone.
respond to e-mails asking for your password or if asked to input your password to download attached files.
keep a record of your passwords in your e-mail.
