Imprivata "multi-factor authentication" is an important step in CHA's network security. Logging into a CHA application will require the following:
First: You log into a computer or application using your network username and password
Then: You are prompted on your mobile device, via the Imprivata app, to verify it's really you requesting access.
Perform the following install on your mobile device:
go to the Google Play Store, or the Apple App Store, and search on “Imprivata ID”.
Install the app on your device, allowing any permissions requested.
Open the Imprivata ID app on your mobile device, and do this configuration:
in upper-right, tap on "Features"
Turn on both: "Fast Access" and "Simplified E-Perscribing"
(you do not need to allow other requests/pop-ups asking for location/bluetooth/etc)
You can proceed to Step 2, "Reset Password and Configure Imprivata", where you will contact the CHA Helpdesk to complete your account setup.
