Perform below steps from a computer/laptop, using Google Chrome browser
You should have received an email at your personal email address from the follow CHA account: useraccess-infor@challiance.org
That email contained your CHA email address, which is the format of your CHA network name, followed by: @challiance.org
Now that you have performed the previous two steps (Reset Password and Configure Imprivata), you can now test your account by logging into Gmail.
CHA staff’s Google Gmail accounts are accessible by:
Go to: https://mail.google.com (from a computer/laptop, using Google Chrome browser)
Click on the “Sign-in” button
Enter your full CHA email address, then click "Next"
(if it presents, click on “Organizational G Suite Account”)
A CHA-branded page will pop-up, enter your CHA network name and password (not email and password).
Click "Login" and you will be presented with a two-digit number.
Look at your cellphone: enter the two-digit number. Tap on "Yes"
Your CHA Google account will now load
If you are a direct CHA payroll employee, you can now proceed to Step 4, "Access Infor"
Otherwise, you are now done with password reset and Imprivata.
