Open Enrollment October 27 - November 14
CHA offers LGBTQ+ inclusive family benefits regardless of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and marital status to remove barriers that limit LGBTQ+ individuals from accessing these benefits.
Please see details below and let us know if you have specific questions that are not answered here.
Information on the health plans available at CHA can be found on in the Health section. This includes the plans Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBC) and information regarding our Fertility Benefit with Progyny and our Transgender Benefits.
Both CHA health plans have family coverage level options. A family plan is yourself plus at least one dependent. A list of eligible dependents and required documentation can be found on the home page.
CHA has providers that are LGBTQ+ friendly. You can easily search for these providers by going to https://challiance.org/services-programs/primary-care/lgbtq-plus-living-well and scroll down to the Provider Search.
