Before attempting the corn maze at Leaman’s Green Applebarn, students learned how to make their own maze using a Depth-First Search (DFS) algorithm.

Lights on After School (LOAS) is an annual event that highlights the importance of after school programs and fosters community connection. For LOAS this year, SPARKS & Ignite students assisted the Veterans Freedom Park with fall cleanup to show respect for our vets service.
Some Ignite students created comic books and graphic novels to support literacy, increase fluency and comprehension, and promote extended reading opportunities for Larson students.
SPARKS students learned new art techniques in October. Ask them about hydro dip and negative space painting.
The SPARKS 3D printing class is preparing students for lifelong learning in STEM as well as building strong math skills for the classroom.
