We have a CGAIT room block at The Steamboat Grand in Steamboat, CO. The room block will be available until May 18, 2025, at which time rooms will be released back to the hotel. In the past we have sold out our room block before the last day, do not procrastinate getting your reservation.

• Run of House Guest Room: $164.00 per night (plus a 7% resort fee)

• Standard One Bedroom Condo: $179.00 per night (plus a 7% resort fee)

Please let them know if your room will be tax exempt when making reservation.

*Rates do not include applicable taxes.  You can apply for tax exempt status prior to arrival or at check in.

**TAX EXEMPT INFO: If your reservation is being paid for by a tax exempt body, please complete the two tax exempt forms below by May 14th and email to: CAccounting@steamboat.com for review by hotel. Once your forms are approved for tax exemption, the room taxes will be removed from your final bill. Note taxes may be charged until tax exemption is approved by the hotel.
