What should I wear?

• Whatever you're comfortable in.  Our conferences are pretty casual.

What should I pack?

• Early summer weather in the high country is unpredictable.  Take a peek at the weather before you pack.  

• Be sure to bring the proper attire for your Monday afternoon excursion.  

• Maybe some comfortable walking or hiking shoes/ boots?  

Do I have to pay for parking?

• Parking is included with your reservation, the parking lot is located across the road from the hotel.

What can I do in my free time?

• The hotel is located in the base area of Steamboat. There are some stores and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel does offer a complimentary shuttle that goes to downtown Steamboat.

• Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air

Will there be enough food?

• You will be stuffed by the time you leave the conference.  There is always food around and it's delicious too!  

Internet access?

• Internet access is available in the hotel and conference center.

What are things to do around the hotel and Steamboat

• Hotel amenities include a Fitness Center with Steam Room and Sauna, Outdoor Pool, two Outdoor Hot Tubs, grab-and-go food at The Grand Market

• Unwind from a day with a spectacular spa experience in the Rocky Mountain Day Spa at The Grand

• The hotel is located in the Steamboat base area, there are a few restaurants, bars, and stores within walking distance. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to downtown Steamboat.

Do I need to pay for the Monday afternoon excursion?

• CGAIT is taking care of the charges for your excursion. Enjoy!
