This senses sends information about what we touch.

HEARING

This senses send information about what we hear.

SIGHT

We can see colors, movements and the distance of objects with our eyes.

SMELL

We detect smell with our nose. The olfactory cells detect the smells and the olfactory nerve sends the information to the brain.

TASTE

We detect flavours with our tongue. The little pink bumps in the tongue are called taste buds (papilas gustativas). They detect flavours (sweet, salty, bitter and sour) and send the information to the brain through the gustative nerves.
