Remind students to WEAR SOCKS
You will receive a booking confirmation from the Activity Coordinator on the day of
Once you arrive at the bowling alley show the booking confirmation to the front desk and they will tell you which bowling alley(s) to use
The bowling shoes will be provided at the bowling alley

Charge your phone fully and bring a power bank
Review the risk assessment for the day’s route and activities
Ensure you have the group register and the group leader's contact
Make sure you have the tickets you need to enter with your group
Inform the group leader about the day's activity itinerary and route

Spend time and interact with the students
Take group photos at key locations and upload them to PhotoCircle

12:00PM: Meet activity coordinator at OISE on 5th floor for huddle
12:00PM- 1PM: Supervise & talk to students during lunch time
1:00PM: Meet your group and walk to St. George Station
1PM: Take the Line 1 Northbound subway to Wilson Station
1:20PM: Get off at Wilson Station and walk up to the bus platform to take the 29A Dufferin to Exhibition bus
1:30PM: Get off at Dufferin St. at Samor Rd South Side
1:45PM: Walk 280m to the Bowling Alley
2:00PM: Arrive at the bowling alley
2PM-4PM: Group bowling time
4PM: Groups start getting ready to leave
4:15PM: Board the 29A bus north to Wilson Station
4:30PM: Arrive at Wilson Station and dismiss group
