Starting a program has it's challenges. Often times people feel that funding is the initial challenge, but ultimately it is establishing your programs goals and how to work with students to take ownership over the program's culture. When it is time to look at space utilization, shoutcasting locations and specifications, system upgrades, and overall next tier equipment, money becomes more of a demand.
