Where our commercial properties include car parking, CERT Property utilises a 3rd party car park management company to ensure that the facilities remain available to use for our customers who have purchased parking spaces, and not abused by external or internal users.
CERT Property works with UKCPS Ltd of Thorpe Park Business Park, 1200 Century Way, Colton, Leeds LS15 8ZA to manage our car parking facility.

Authorised car park users will be provided with a permit which must be displayed clearly in their vehicle windscreen when using the car park facilities.
The number of spaces assigned to our customers is entirely dependent on terms in your licence agreement or lease, and there is no correlation between the size of the space you occupy or the numbers of persons working in your office(s).
Spaces are allocated to each company as part of their individual licence or tenancy agreement. CERT Property Ltd reserves the right to re-allocate spaces at any time. In instances where an unauthorised vehicle is parked in a tenants allocated space, customers are encourage to report this to reception before using an alternative space which may belong to another customer.
Failure to display a correct and/or valid permit will result in a parking charge notice of £100.00 being issued to the vehicle owner by UKCPS Ltd (this is reduced to £60.00 if paid within 14 days)
Where a parking charge notice has been properly issued (i.e. you have failed to display your permit, are not authorised to park at our buildings, or a visitor has failed to sign in) CERT Property Ltd will not make any representations on your behalf to have the parking charge notice cancelled or reduced.
If you are issued a parking charge notice, but wish to make a complaint, you are entitled to do so under our Complaint Procedure.
If you have lost your car parking permit, you must notify your property management team immediately who will arrange for a replacement to be issued as soon as possible. Replacement permits will be charged at £30.00 + VAT without exception. Those car park users who have failed to notify the property management team of a lost permit who receive a parking charge notice will not be entitled to have the parking charge notice cancelled under any circumstances.
If you require additional car parking spaces, you must request these in writing to your Asset Manager.
Each space is currently charged at £100 + VAT per calendar month and is subject to availability.
Visitor parking is available for a maximum of one day to those visiting our customers, excluding those who are visiting in groups for training or meetings etc which may impact the availability of parking to our customers.
Visitor parking will not be provided to employees of our customers who have not previously been provided with a permit.
Visitor parking is subject to availability and entirety at the discretion of Centre Management.
Users of our car parking facilities do so at their own risk, and CERT Property Ltd and their associated companies accept no responsibility or liability, actual or implied, for damage or theft to vehicles.
The CCTV at our buildings is not intended to monitor the car parking, even if it does capture part or all of the car park incidentally. Please refer to our CCTV Policy for more information.
