The MPGT Academy has grade level, teacher teams that meet regularly to discuss student performance, behavior, and any other concerns. If students are struggling in one or more classes, teachers communicate effective teaching methods and strategies to best help students. Students who are consistently exhibiting MPGT Academy values in every class are recognized by teacher teams in the form of the monthly, "Top Dog" award. Additionally, grade level teams collaborate on cross-curricular projects, approximately one a semester, on a common theme to connect learning from each content area.
