GOAL:
To ensure that all Principals engage with professional supervision on a regular basis
The Strategic Framework for Principal Wellbeing identifies the importance of professional supervision and coaching as regular practice for Principals in Primary and Secondary School settings. Professional Supervision has two key areas of focus:
to provide confidential support that focuses on the Principal's emotional wellbeing
to be formative with a focus on developing knowledge, skills, goal setting, reflections and challenging or extending ideas.
